Hello Ravens,
Our first day of swim practice is rapidly approaching, for we start Aug. 20th. Our practices will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm daily for the two weeks before school starts, and 3:30 - 5:40 pm after school starts. Our practices will begin promptly at 3, so please be 10-15 minutes early in order to be ready to go at 3 pm. Practices will be at the Auburn School District Pool, next to Auburn High School (516 4th St NE, Auburn, WA 98002).
Before practice starts, each athlete needs to be cleared through the Activities Office. Instructions to getting cleared can be found here:

Every athlete needs to come to practice with two types of work-out attire: a practice suit (please make sure this is a one piece competition-style suit) with googles, and workout clothes for dryland practice (shorts, t-shirt and athletic shoes).
